Once a buyer wins an auction, the transaction is binding. Sellers cannot cancel after a bid is won.
Accurate item representation
You must accurately describe the condition, authenticity, and photos of every item. Misrepresentation may result in account suspension.
Shipping within 5 business days
You are required to ship won items within 5 business days of auction close. Failure may result in penalties.
Prohibited items
Counterfeit, stolen, or restricted goods are strictly prohibited. Violations will be reported.
Starting bid integrity
Starting bids must reflect a fair market value. Shill bidding or price manipulation is grounds for immediate ban.
AuraStok fee
A platform fee of 8% is applied to each winning sale. This is deducted before payout.
